Chicago Foundation for Women (CFW) invests in women and girls as catalysts, building strong communities for all. CFW funds organizations working to solve the biggest problems facing women, girls and gender-expansive people: economic insecurity, violence, and lack of access to health care and information. In addition to grantmaking, CFW invests in developing women leaders and advocates, and brings together diverse coalitions to collaborate, share resources, and develop solutions. Since its founding in 1985, CFW has invested more than $50 million in hundreds of organizations supporting women, girls, trans, and gender nonbinary people across the Chicago region.

Digital Communications Associate

The Digital Communications Associate will help execute marketing campaigns, create content, and manage digital strategies. This role involves social media, email marketing, content production, analytics, and more. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and passionate about digital engagement. Major Gifts Officer

The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) drives major gift and planned giving initiatives, supporting CFW’s fundraising goals. Reporting to the Director of Donor and Community Engagement, the MGO identifies, cultivates, and builds relationships with prospective major and planned giving donors to advance CFW’s mission.
