Amanda Nguyen
Amanda Nguyen
Amanda Nguyen is the founder of Rise, a 2019 Nobel Peace Prize Nominee, and a 2022 TIME Woman of the Year. Amanda’s 2021 viral video ignited a wave of collective action in the anti-Asian hate movement.
She made history by drafting and unanimously passing both the Sexual Assault Survivors’ Bill of Rights through the United States Congress and the Survivors’ Resolution through the United Nations General Assembly. Amanda’s directorial debut, Everything I Ever Wanted To Tell My Daughter About Men, won Best Feature at the 2022 Cannes Independent Film Festival.
She is the lead of the Emmy-nominated mini documentary Rise Above by Money Magazine. She servedthe White House, Department of State, and NASA, and is currently an Astronaut-Scientist Candidate at the Astronautical Science Institute. Amanda graduated from Harvard University.
For her work, Amanda has been named a Heinz Laureate, Forbes 30 Under 30, Foreign Policy 100, Frederick Douglass 100, TIME 100 Next, BBC 100, and Marie Claire Woman of the Year.

Jessyca Dudley (she/her) is an experienced social sector leader and strategic advisor who has supported individuals and organizations to shape their strategy, implementation, and learning to advance racial equity.
As the founder and CEO of Bold Ventures, she leads a dynamic team and develops strong and trusting relationships with clients through facilitation and stakeholder engagement that enhances the impact of their efforts.
Jessyca’s prior leadership roles include serving as the Executive Director of Chicago African Americans in Philanthropy, as a Director at Arabella Advisors where she developed new strategy approaches and advocated for investment in BIPOC communities, and as the Gun Violence Prevention program officer for the Joyce Foundation.

Gwendolyn McNutt
Gwendolyn is a Regional External Affairs Manager with Comcast, with more than 30 years of experience. In her current role, she manages employee volunteer opportunities, and is responsible for managing community impact events, initiatives, and partnerships, working with nonprofit organizations, and overseeing event sponsorship opportunities.
Gwendolyn is a lifelong resident of Illinois and has engaged with various community organizations throughout the area. She is a 2020 Leadership Illinois Fellow and currently serves as treasurer on the board of directors of Chicago Women in Philanthropy (CWIP). Gwendolyn is also the current president-elect of the International Live Events Association (ILEA) Board of Governors. In 2021, she was featured as one of Connect Meetings Corporate 15 Over 50; and in 2019 she was awarded a NACE ILEA Chicago Excellence Lifetime Achievement Award (NICE), by Chicago area members of NACE (National Association of Catering and Events) and ILEA (International Live Events Association) for her accomplishments within the special events industry.
Gwendolyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in speech communication from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and a Master of Arts degree in corporate communication from DePaul University. She also holds a Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) designation, available to only an elite group of qualified industry professionals.
Gwendolyn has also contributed to several magazines, blogs and other online publications.
